Fugitive drug abuser detained a day after being declared wanted

On Thursday, April 16 at 6:20 a.m. Makar A., DOB 1968, was detained in the village of Dalar following special measures taken by officers from Artashat police division. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 268, part 1 /illicit traffic in narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances without the purpose of sale/ since April 15, 2015.
